Shamanic Rewilding
Living in Relationship with Spirit
A 12-Month Journey into Shamanic Living
Beginning March 1, 2027
There is a difference between believing the world is sacred and learning to live as though it truly is.
The living world has always offered us more than beauty, shelter, and sustenance. It is filled with presence, wisdom, and relationships waiting to be recognized, honored, and nurtured. Yet somewhere along the way, many of us have forgotten how to listen, how to trust our instinctive awareness, and how to experience ourselves as part of this extraordinaryweb of life.
Shamanic Rewilding is an invitation to remember.
Rooted in animism and shaped by my many years of training across several shamanic traditions, this twelve-month course invites you to rediscover your natural capacity for direct connection with Spirit. Through guided meditation, shamanic journeying, ceremony, prayer, and personal healing work, you will learn to awaken your spiritual senses, cultivate discernment, and develop meaningful relationships with the land, your ancestors, and compassionate helping spirits.
But the heart of this work reaches beyond the practices themselves. It is found in what happens when you begin to listen to the world differently: when gratitude becomes reciprocity, when spiritual awareness grows into responsibility, and when your relationships with Spirit begin to shape how you move through everyday life.
You are not being asked to leave the modern world behind or to follow someone else’s spiritual path. You are being invited to discover what becomes possible when your own experiences, instincts, and relationships are given room to grow.
Living a shamanic life is not simply about entering the spirit world. It is about allowing those relationships to transform the way you live in this one.
The World Is Alive
Animism begins with a simple understanding: we do not live in a world of objects that exist solely for human use.
The land is alive. The trees, rivers, mountains, animals, and countless other beings have their own presence, purpose, and ways of existing. Our ancestors and the spirits who share this world are not merely symbols or ideas, but beings with whom we may develop meaningful relationships.
Shamanic practice offers ways to experience these relationships directly. Through ceremony, prayer, journeying, and the awakening of our spiritual senses, we begin to discover that wisdom and guidance can arise through our own encounters with Spirit, rather than only through what others have taught us to believe.
Yet entering into relationship requires more than learning how to communicate. It asks us to approach with respect, to listen without always expecting an answer, to recognize the importance of giving as well as receiving, and to understand that the beings we encounter have their own existence beyond our needs and desires.
We do not only seek wisdom from the living world. We belong to it, take part in it, and carry a responsibility toward it.
What You Will Explore
Shamanic Rewilding unfolds through twelve interconnected modules, each building on the relationships, understanding, and practices developed before it. This is a journey of learning, direct spiritual experience, personal healing, and integration, giving you the opportunity to gradually establish a shamanic practice that is grounded and uniquely your own.
Throughout the year, you will explore:
Animism and Shamanic Foundations: Understanding the living world and how an animistic worldview shapes shamanic practice.
Reclaiming the Instinctive Self: Recognizing the conditioning that has quieted your instincts, body wisdom, dreams, and authentic voice, and welcoming them back.
Spiritual Awareness and Discernment: Awakening your inner senses, developing intuition, and learning to navigate spiritual experience thoughtfully, supported by practices of cleansing and protection.
Shamanic Journeying: Learning to journey with intention to the drum alone, with no narration, so that what you experience is truly your own.
Compassionate Helping Spirits: Building relationships with your helping spirits through respect, trust, and reciprocity.
Prayer, Ceremony, and Sacred Reciprocity: Developing practices of gratitude, offering, ceremony, and responsibility.
Personal Healing and Transformation: Receiving spiritual healing through your own journeywork and bringing it into everyday life.
Ancestors and Ancestral Roots: Honoring your ancestors and the relationships that extend beyond physical life.
The Wild Rhythms of Life: Living in relationship with the cycles of the natural world and the turning points of your own life.
Belonging to the Land: Deepening your relationships with the plants, animals, elements, and places where you live.
Personal Divination and Sacred Sound: Exploring divination and sacred sound as practices of relationship, discernment, and guidance.
Living a Shamanic Life: Bringing your experiences, relationships, and practices into the way you live each day.
By the end of this year, you will have more than an understanding of shamanism. You will have relationships and practices of your own, ready to keep growing throughout your life.
Rooted in Lived Practice
Shamanic Rewilding has grown from my many years of training in Mongolian, Siberian, Celtic, Norse, Germanic Seiðr, Amazonian, Andean, and core shamanism. Equally important are the relationships I have built through living these teachings in my own life.
Over those years, I have learned that spiritual knowledge comes alive through experience. We can study traditions, learn ceremonies, and listen to the wisdom of teachers, but it is through our own encounters with Spirit, and the relationships we continue to nurture, that these teachings take root.
This shapes the way I teach. Rather than asking you to adopt my beliefs or interpret your experiences through my eyes, I offer a foundation of knowledge, practices, and guidance that encourages you to explore, question, discern, and discover for yourself.
My hope is not that you come to depend on a teacher for spiritual answers, but that you finish this year with the confidence, discernment, and relationships to keep walking your own shamanic path.

A Course Designed to Be Lived
Shamanic Rewilding is designed to become part of your life, not another obligation competing for your time. All twelve modules are available from March 1, 2027, with lifetime access. I suggest giving each module at least a month so you have time to practice and integrate what you are learning, but the rhythm is yours to choose.
Each module contains four substantial lessons, followed by a Return & Reflect section. Each Return & Reflect invites you to revisit your experiences, recognize how your relationships are developing, and consider how the teachings are becoming part of your everyday life.
Those who choose the Guided or Mentored Path will also receive personal support as they move through the modules, through written guidance or private Zoom sessions.
Three Ways to Receive Every Lesson
Every lesson is available in three formats, so you can choose how you engage with the teachings:

Throughout the course, you will also encounter guided meditations, shamanic journeying with drumming, personal ceremonies, prayers, and practices designed to deepen your relationships with Spirit.
Some practices may invite you to spend time outdoors, return to a familiar place, or repeat an experience over several days or weeks. Others may ask you to sit quietly, reflect, or recognize how your understanding has changed.
There is no expectation that every experience must unfold in a particular way or within a fixed amount of time. What matters is the attention, sincerity, and willingness you bring to the relationships you are cultivating.
The intention is to develop a shamanic practice that keeps growing long after the final module.
This Course Is for You If…
You sense there is more to the world than your physical senses reveal, and you want to explore it through your own direct experiences with Spirit.
You are curious about animism and shamanism, or have already begun exploring these paths and long for a deeper, more consistent personal practice.
The spirit world calls to you, and you want to approach it with respect, building meaningful relationships with compassionate helping spirits.
You feel drawn to reconnect with your instincts, dreams, inner wisdom, and the parts of yourself that may have grown quiet through years of expectation and conditioning.
You are ready to look honestly at yourself, exploring old patterns and personal healing with openness, patience, and discernment.
You long to feel at home in the living world, with the land, your ancestors, and a daily life shaped by prayer, gratitude, and reciprocity.
You are seeking more than spiritual knowledge or occasional extraordinary experiences. You want to cultivate a shamanic life rooted in relationship, responsibility, and your own lived practice.
You do not need previous experience with shamanism to begin. What matters is your willingness to learn, explore, practice, and develop your own relationships with Spirit.
This Course Is Not…
Practitioner training. This course is devoted to your own personal spiritual development, not to working with or on behalf of others. However, Shamanic Rewilding also serves as the foundational prerequisite for my advanced Shamanic Practitioner Training, planned for 2028.
A quick fix. The relationships you cultivate here grow through time, attention, and return.
A set of beliefs to adopt. You are encouraged to question, discern, and trust your own experience.

The course begins with foundational teachings and gradually introduces deeper practices and experiences. You will be encouraged to develop your own spiritual perception, discernment, and relationships with Spirit as you progress.
-
Shamanic Rewilding opens on March 1, 2027. All twelve modules, including the lessons, guided experiences, and downloadable materials, become available on that date. If you enroll early, your place is secured and your access begins when the course opens.
The course is fully self-paced. I recommend spending at least one month with each module to give yourself time to practice, reflect, and integrate your experiences. There are no required completion dates, and you are welcome to spend longer with any module.

You will receive lifetime access to the complete course, regardless of which enrollment path you choose. You can return to the teachings, revisit guided experiences, and download lesson materials whenever you wish.
Personal guidance and mentorship are separate from lifetime course access and must be used within eighteen months from the day you begin the course.
-
You do not need to see vivid images to experience Spirit. Some people perceive through feeling, hearing, bodily sensation, or a quiet sense of knowing, and many experience a combination of these.
Early in the course, you will explore your own inner senses and come to recognize the ways you naturally perceive. The practices are designed to help you explore and develop your own natural ways of perceiving.
-
No. Shamanic Rewilding is rooted in animism and shamanic practice, and people come to this path from many different backgrounds. You are not asked to adopt a set of beliefs, but to explore through your own experiences and discern what is true for you.
-
Some practices will call for a few simple supplies, and a complete list will be provided in the Welcome section of your course.
You will want a journal for recording your experiences, a quiet space where you will not be disturbed, and headphones for the drumming recordings. You do not need to own a drum.
Some practices will involve spending time outdoors and working with plants that grow where you live, so your relationship with your own land becomes part of your practice from the beginning.
-
You will first develop foundational skills in spiritual awareness, discernment, meditation, and preparation before beginning formal shamanic journeywork.
When you are ready to begin journeying, you will learn to travel with intention to the rhythm of the drum, without narrated instructions directing what you should see or experience.
This allows your journeys to unfold through your own direct connection with Spirit rather than through someone else’s descriptions or expectations.
-
Every path includes the complete Shamanic Rewilding course and lifetime access to all learning materials.
The Independent Path allows you to complete the journey entirely on your own, following your personal rhythm and experiences.
The Guided Path includes the full course along with personal email guidance for each module, offering opportunities to share experiences, ask questions, and receive individual feedback.
The Mentored Path includes the full course, twelve private 60-minute Zoom sessions, and brief email check-ins between sessions. This path offers a closer teaching relationship and more individualized guidance throughout your spiritual development.
-
Students on the Guided Path receive one personal email exchange for each module, providing an opportunity to share questions, reflections, or experiences and receive thoughtful written feedback.
Students on the Mentored Path have twelve private Zoom sessions, generally one for each module, to explore their experiences, ask questions, discuss challenges, and receive guidance as their personal shamanic practice develops. Brief email check-ins are also available between sessions.
Both options are available for eighteen months from the day you begin the course, giving you flexibility to move through the course without a rigid monthly schedule.
-
If you begin with the Independent or Guided Path and later decide you would benefit from additional personal support, you may inquire about upgrading.
Upgrades will depend on availability, particularly for the Mentored Path, where private session spaces are limited. Any additional tuition will be explained before you make a decision.
-
No. Shamanic Rewilding is devoted to your own personal spiritual development, healing, and the cultivation of lasting relationships with Spirit. It does not provide training or certification to perform shamanic services for others.
However, completion of Shamanic Rewilding will serve as the foundational prerequisite for my advanced Shamanic Practitioner Training, currently planned for 2028.
You do not need to intend to become a practitioner to participate in or benefit from this course.
